Fuggan is a type of Cornish plain pastry flavoured with Raisins.
A Fuggan recipe.
2 cups plain flour
2 tablespoons lard
A pinch of salt
Rub the lard into the flour.
Add the salt and the raisins.
Mix to a stiff dough with a little cold water.
Roll into an oval shape
Bake for half an hour in a moderate oven.
