Cornish Christmas Fish Stew.

A dish traditionally eaten in Cornish Coastal Communities. This is a roughly chopped potato and fish stew boiled over a lengthy period. The fish was often any that was available at the time and often fortified with salted ling, pilchards or any other preserved fish to hand. This was served after dark on Christmas Eve.
